It all started when Clarence realized that businesses are overpaying change managers to do work that the company could in-source. With the help of Mike, Clarence was able to develop 3 packages that would be easy for companies to understand, focusing only on high-level activities. In addition to solving client problems, he wanted the freedom to work on his own. But he had a problem: Without a brand to anchor you, people don’t believe you’re legit. He could have purchased a logo from websites that sell logos, and he could have read blogs to figure out this stuff. Both of which would have cost him time and may never have gotten him to where he needed to be.

We ran a brand workshop, taking Clarence through his values and personality traits, bringing objectivity and curiosity about him, his values and his personality and then developing that into a unified system he could use. Our CEO coached Clarence regularly, to make sure he was connected to the process and could push the branding efforts into sales efforts. 
 
We created a logo and implemented it in brand collateral to establish his credibility. The logo is comprised the business’s initials (CWC.) The placement of the letters creates a sort of maze, symbolizing the way Change Works Consulting guides businesses though unfamiliar and difficult intersections. 
 
We took Clarence’s new brand to the digital realm and built him a website to list his new product packages and show potential clients a glimpse of his professionalism.  
This set Clarence up with the look and feel of a professional to back up his vast experience. Without a brand to anchor you, people don’t believe you’re legit.
